About us
Immovest is a European real estate investor, developer and asset manager with German background, focusing on Germany, Holland and Hungary, where it has been present since 2002.
The company’s management has been instrumental in the development of the real estate market in Hungary since 2001 and has achieved many notable „firsts” and awards including the development of the first CEE technology and science park buildings and prime downtown office projects with a total value in excess of more than 200 million Euros. Prizes include Best Overall Development and Best Office Construction Industry Awards and local architectural (Épitészeti Nívódíj, Épitőipari Nívódíj) awards.
Our management’s currently involved in the property and asset management of a portfolio of 120.000m2 “A” Category Office buildings and a Hotel in Budapest with a combined value in excess of 250 million Euros for several German institutional and private investors.
Our management has successfully project managed in excess of 200.000m2 of commercial and residential projects in Germany, Netherlands and Hungary. Our experience goes back 15 years and encompasses both an understanding of international contracting practices and an intimate knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of local building contractors
Our German management, being fluent in Hungarian, has a firm foundation in working experience at international firms, architecture (local and international qualifications), project management and development experience with renowned German construction, development and asset management companies and provides an excellent network in the Hungarian real estate market.
With developing several state of the art office buildings one of the most successful and award winning business parks in Hungary was created, comprising the first building in Hungary with a Green Building LEED certificate. Beside developing of new buildings several reconstructions and refurbishments of listed building in Andrássy út and the Danube-bank are among just a few landmark projects in the City.
